Video Updates from Hasakah, Syria

Syria
Dear friends,
Thank you for your prayers and encouragement as we went on mission with our new Ranger teams in Karen State, Burma, last month. The Rangers did a great job and we were encouraged to see a new group of people wanting to bring help, hope, and love to those under oppression throughout Burma.
We are now on mission in Syria. While there is now less fighting here than when we were here in October and November, Turkish and Free Syrian Army forces continue intermittent shelling and drone strikes, while their incursion into Syria continues to keep thousands of people displaced from their homes. This disrupts not only their lives, but the lives of the communities hosting them. Just one example is education: nearly all of the schools in the city of Hasaka have shut down because they are being occupied by displaced people. So far we’ve been able to reconnect with friends, make new friends, and host Good Life Clubs with displaced families.
Please see the videos below for a quick look at the situation here and our mission so far. Thank you for praying for us as we go.
God bless you,
Dave, family, and team
