                      | The Burma military launched attacks across Karen, Karenni, Chin, and Sagaing regions, while Free Burma Rangers teams continued to document abuses and aid civilians. Airstrikes in Mu Traw and Kler Lwe Htoo districts injured villagers; these attacks included bombings in Noh Kah Hta and Nay Ka and a paramotor attack on Nyaung Bin Gyi Village. In Dooplaya District, mortar fire and clashes killed and wounded civilians and soldiers, while Rangers provided emergency care and cleared landmines. In Loikaw District, an airstrike hit an IDP camp, injuring three, as fighting between the Karenni National Defense Force (KNDF) and the Burma Army displaced more families. Rangers provided food, medical care, and education support to IDPs and students. On the western side of Burma, in Chin State and Sagaing Division, Rangers assisted 400 people fleeing a Burma Army offensive.  | | | |

On Oct. 27, Burma Army troops from the Light Infantry Battalion (LIB) 20 based out of Nyaung Lin Bin used a paramotor aircraft to drop five bombs and fire rounds at Nyaung Bin Gyi Village in Hsaw Hti Township, Kler Lwe Htoo District. These activities follow the Burma Army’s pattern of bombing civilian areas and relying on airdropped supplies. During the ongoing violence, Rangers continue to provide aid, document attacks, and remain with affected communities. | | | |
