Turkish Armored Vehicles and Heavy Fighting Seen as Soda Village Fell

Dear friends, As we shared in an earlier report, Oct. 26 was the heaviest day of fighting that we have seen this mission. Turkish armored vehicles and dismounted Free Syrian Army fighters engaged Syrian Democratic Forces and local Ayseysh forces in the vicinity of Soda Village on the Tel Tamir-Serre Khani road, shown in the video at the bottom. The vehicles appeared in Soda Village, near the mosque in the southwestern corner of the village, right after the attack which was led by dismounted FSA fighters. We could see two Turkish APCs with heavy machine guns, an armored fighting vehicle with cannon, and a tank.

The second video is my update from yesterday as we were in Tel Tamir. We know that this situation is hard and there is no easy solution but we still believe that there is a way forward for everyone involved.
