We recommend a concerted effort to meet the needs of all the displaced in Burma. The following are our specific and general recommendations. The actions recommended are already in effect by the FBR and other local organizations but only on a very small scale. There is an urgent need to increase and broaden these actions throughout the state of Burma and the various governmental and non-governmental bodies which work with/within it.
