In Burma, for many years, dictators have oppressed and subjugated, attacked and destroyed. They have attempted to control everything. But there is one thing they can’t control – the spirit of the people. They cannot prevent the people from serving and helping each other. And so they have not won. In 2014, FBR was invited to Sudan to help the Nuban people under attack by the Sudanese Armed Forces. We trained Nuban relief teams and provided relief to those under attack.

In 2015, FBR was invited to Kurdistan, where the Kurds are under attack by ISIS. We conducted four missions from 2015-2016, providing basic medical training, reporting and aid.
